SteelPeak Expands Southern California Presence into Beverly Hills with Acquisition
The deal marks SteelPeak’s first transaction of 2024
LOS ANGELES, Calif., Jan. 29, 2024 — SteelPeak Wealth (“SteelPeak”) a subsidiary of SteelPeak Holdings, LLC is pleased to announce today that Mike Janis has joined the firm as a result of the firm’s M&A efforts to acquire growth-minded advisors. Mike will serve as a wealth advisor in SteelPeak’s new Beverly Hills office when it opens in March. With 28 years of experience in real estate, business, financial, and wealth advisory business, and most recently with Baker Tilly in Los Angeles, Mike knows the value of joining SteelPeak.

SteelPeak received a minority investment from Emigrant Partners in 2023 to augment its growth engine by helping to facilitate M&A transactions of firms, advisory teams, and individual advisors. Since then, its pipeline for new M&A opportunities has grown steadily through a dedicated effort to attract and recruit growth-minded advisors to the firm.
Financial terms of the M&A partnership with Mike Janis were not disclosed.
