Possessing licenses to practice law in California, Nevada, and Texas, Airene has consistently demonstrated expertise, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to global compliance and regulatory standards throughout her distinguished career. She is a member of the company’s leadership team.

Airene Williamson is a distinguished legal professional with over 20 years of exemplary experience in securities law and complex business litigation. Born and raised with a passion for the law, Airene pursued her dream by earning a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. This specialized degree provided her with a deep understanding of financial principles in the context of the real estate, mortgage, and investment industry, setting the stage for her future success. Before embarking on her legal career, Airene served as a Securities Trader for BMO Harris Bank and worked as a judicial law clerk for the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)- Enforcement Division. She obtained her Juris Doctor in 2009 from the William Boyd School of Law in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Throughout the years, Airene continued to expand her expertise, holding the position of Vice President and Chief General Counsel at a real estate development company with a $5 billion portfolio in California. Airene is a highly experienced trial attorney, with first chair, lead trial, arbitration, and mediation experience in real estate, securities, and mortgage transactions.

In addition to her legal career, Airene is an active fitness enthusiast and a voracious reader with a passion for continuous professional and personal growth. She resides in Huntington Beach, California, with her husband and two children.
