Kelly Winther
HR Manager
Kelly Winther joins the team as the Human Resources Manager here at SteelPeak Wealth. She brings over 10+ years of Human Resource and Operational experience from various corporate roles at Unilever, Fabletics and most recently a start up in the EV industry. Kelly’s expertise and focus lies in creating an exceptional employee experience here at SteelPeak handling all onboarding, offboarding, benefits, employee wellness, culture, payroll, 401K, operational support and much more.
In addition to holding a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of San Diego, Kelly earned a college scholarship to play on the 05’-09’ Women’s Basketball team at USD. She has a passion for mental health awareness and positively impacting the youth. She has most recently graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition with a certification in Health Coaching pursuing a side business in coaching and mentoring youth athletes on the importance of mental health and wellness. Kelly also sits on the Board of Directors and enjoys volunteering her time for the non-profit organization, PS I Love You.
In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband, family, friends, and playing with her 5 nieces and nephews. Hobbies include all things health and wellness/sports such as traveling, going to the beach, yoga, Pilates, meditation, hiking, rollerblading, snowboarding, pickleball, basketball, volleyball, spikeball and of course watching the Lakers.
